There are having 8 (Eight) major heading and lot of sub heading for saving money. Many writers may write to save money in many ways. However I am giving you some more techniques upon save your money, these are as follows:
1. Personal Care: Following personal care may help to save more money:
i) Economy use of shampooing and conditioner
ii) Stitch or sew your own clothes, dresses etc with own hands.
iii) Knit your sweaters, woolen, hats, gloves etc with own hands.
iv) Wash your clothes in the shower rather than using washing machine
v) Open up scheme from Life Insurance Company to get benefit incase of accidental or injury etc.
2. Change habit: If you do not use fashionable products or commodities, it can save your money. There are some points which as under:
i) If you have giant size house you may share it with other guys by that you can get some cash.
ii) Close your monthly membership subscriptions or membership fees unless you don’t use them or not getting any benefits.
iii) Check out your monthly utilities bills such as electric bills, Gas bills, Water bills, Telephone bills etc. Raise awareness for economy uses.
iv) Solar energy sources may be the alternative of power energy.
v) Be careful about merely more uses of mobile phone service, if internet is enough then need not to use costly cellular phone and to avoid unwanted calls.
3. Minimizing Entertainment: You can save money by minimize your entertainment expenses. If you follow the following instructions then you can save some money:
i) Enjoy free music, free concerts, free TV and movies etc.
ii) Try to entertain you and your family friends at home rather than restaurant or bar etc.
iii) Use restaurant when they’re offer reduced special buffet lunch with limited price.
4. Food Habit: More or less we’re habituated to eat rich foods either in home or in pricy restaurants. If we follow tips of bellow then we may save some money:
i) Give up alcohol or smoking cigarette because these are causes death.
ii) Cut coffee, tea and latte unless it’s very essentials.
iii) Prepare your daily foods, meals at home rather eating breakfast, lunch & supper at restaurant.
5. Health and medicine: Health and medicine both are correlated. If we feel unwell or sick then we eat medicine for removal or cure but at that time we have to keep in mind following tips:
i) Always use fitness instructions from instructor’s advice or from self study. Regular exercise and balanced food may give you naturally treatment automatically.
ii) You can meet with medical practitioner for simple disease rather than costly treatment.
iii) For the regular checkup or treatment at hospitals you may look for discounts.
iv) Some new medical or hospital provides clinical trials, you may participate there.
6. Try to avoid costly transportation: Most of the peoples dreamt about driving cars but very few of them think about costly fuels, spare parts, servicing charges, driver’s salaries, insurance and licenses etc. If you want to avoid car then you may follow these:
i) If you have car you may sell it and buy a bike or motorcycle or scooter
ii) Alternatively you may use public transportation though it’s time consuming but it saves your money.
iii) Share a car with your neighbor who’s permanent passenger in the same way.
7. Give up your purchase on credit habits: It’s not really a good habit to buy products or commodities from any shop on credit. For that you can’t bargaining or negotiate with shop keeper like on cash purchase you can do so.
8. Others: There are many others tips available which I am going to share with you right now which as follows:
i) Maintain balancing with Income and expenses for sustainable or optimum result.
ii) Start gardening at your yard for cultivating vegetables, greens & fruits, and if you have pond or lake cultivate fishes it’ll give you additional income.
iii) Do shopping once or twice each and every month. Have a difference with retail price and wholesale price.
iv) Negotiate with shopkeepers or malls managers at the time of buying any goods.
v) You’ll notice during seasonal or occasional sales businessman allowing promotional offers then buy your desired products and get discount.
vi) Participate in a raffle draw and contest or coupons/lottery, possibility is there to win prize.
Finally, I would like to say you one thing please take a plan and decide what amount of Percentage (%) you want to save monthly, discuss with your spouse or family members to raise awareness about savings plan. According to your savings plan, deposit your money in any banks or financial institutions or government organizations. If possible look for profit (In terms of Islamic Banking) or interest (In terms of non Islamic Banking) and negotiate about your benefit with concerned banking authorized officer.
